For the Private Pilot License:
Enrollment fee: €990
(includes 6 books, training manual, VFR navigation charts (IGN and/or Jeppesen), Belgian Aerodrome Charts (Jeppesen), flight computer, plotter, markers, and access to the CATMET restricted website)
Aircraft rental PA38 (2 seat): from €112/h
Aircraft rental P28A (4 seat, advanced cockpit): from €144/h
Flight instruction: €60/h
Ground instruction: €25/session
The minimum requirements to obtain the PPL are 45h of flight time, of which at least 25h must be with an instructor and at least 10h must be solo. The average time to reach the PPL proficiency level is 60-70h, of which 45-55h are with an instructor.
For the Night Flight Qualification:
Enrollment fee: €120
Aircraft rental PA38 (2 seat): from €112/h
Aircraft rental P28A (4 seat, advanced cockpit): from €144/h
Flight instruction: €60/h
Ground instruction: €25/session
The minimum requirements to obtain the Night Qualification are 6h of night flight, of which at least 4h must be with an instructor and at least 2h must be solo.
